Family of child with Kabuki synrome

The thesis is about a family of a child with Kabuki syndrome. The first chapter deals with the syndrome itself, diagnosis, clinical symptoms and cognitive functions. The second chapter describes the family with the rare condition, the family in the context of the history and what stages the family of the child with the rare condition goes through. The next chapter discusses support for the family with a rare disease, and also includes the concept of a non-profit organization and an association. The practical section explores the family of an individual with Kabuki syndrome, and includes an interview with a family member. The research section is supplemented with a case study.

The information system is studied as a whole in a broader context, not only in terms of applications (software), but also in terms of the flow of information, storage and organization of data, users, security, hardware, etc. It should serve to the company as a guide for the elimination of inefficient and / or risk areas, thereby helping to improve work productivity and employee satisfaction.

The teoretical part specifies particular types of activities and the recommendation for making and utilization of a budget. The analytical part applies the findings and follows them up at a particular non-profit-making organization. Bachelor thesis deals with non-profit organization and subsequently its taxation from the perspective of corporate tax and road taxes. The theoretical part shows the characteristics of individual non-profit organizations, their financing and the conclusion of the theory detailed described corporate tax and road tax. The practical part analyses the Department of Wheelchair League. This chapter specifies the activities of the Organization, the determination of the subject of tax, the tax base and tax calculations themselves. Finally, it includes a tax return.

The presented diploma thesis focuses on the knowledge of using social media for financing non-profit organizations and their practical implementation. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part explains the knowledge, that is used in practical part. In the empirical part, the questionnaire is analysed, quantitative research –interviews, is used as a tool for specific and detailed knowledge. Secondary data are also used, and they reflect the financial situation of non-profit organizations in Slovakia. Based on the results of the analysis, a proposal is created from the point of view of marketing for non-profit organizations through social media, which improves their development and financing

The aim of the idea was to find out the structure of the Czech foundation sector focused on the social and humanitarian field. It was also map the amount of funding that Czech foundations have provided in 2018-2021 to the non-profit sector operating in the social and humanitarian field, in addition to which other activities that Czech foundations carry out in these areas will be mapped.

This thesis deals with monitoring of impact and realisation of continuous evaluation in the performance of social work in non-governmental organisations. The chosen topic closely relates to the professionalisation of social work. Complex evaluation and monitoring of its impact allow social work to be presented to the public and other subjects. The goal of this thesis is to analyse the current situation in a sample of non- governmental organisations, which are financed by the same donor. Furthermore, to evaluate the options, abilities, and limits of non-government organisations in the fields of evaluation and impact monitoring. This thesis analyses the relationship between the donor and the receiver of the support and their mutual position in evaluation process and impact analysis. Qualitative research in the form of half-structured interview was used in the making of this thesis. The goal of the research is to describe the current situation in the field of preparation and execution of evaluation and impact measurement, which describes possible areas of cooperation between the receiver and the donor. This diploma thesis focuses on the marketing strategies of non-profit organizations on social media in the context of the war in Ukraine, and examines how the user audience reacts to these strategies and what attitudes they hold towards them. The theoretical part therefore deals with the concept of non-profit organizations, which it defines, along with the various types of such organizations, as well as marketing, specifically social marketing and marketing of non-profit organizations as key points of the work, and then marketing strategies of non- profit organizations. The work also analyzes the image and reputation of non-profit organizations and what constitutes them. Aseparate subchapter also discusses the factors that may discourage non-profit organizations from using social media, and factors of success. The contextual part briefly discusses the outbreak of the armed conflict in Ukraine and selected well- known non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic.
